She told the audience she was very happy to see everyone again, admitting the road back was tougher than expected but she held onto hope and wanted to sing for her fans, herself, and life.
In 2022, Dion was diagnosed with Stiff-person syndrome, a rare neurological disorder without a full cure, causing severe muscle stiffness and spasms. This condition forced her to cancel multiple shows and cast doubt on whether she could ever perform on stage again.
After the first song, Dion cried again amid applause and cheers, saying she had promised herself not to cry but felt happiness and missed everyone deeply.
