The Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC) announced on Monday (26 Oct 2026) that 28-year-old Jacob Morley escaped from the Northwest Correctional Complex in the community of Tiptonville. TDOC described Morley as approximately 5 feet 11 inches (about 180 centimeters) tall, weighing 240 pounds (around 108 kilograms), with green eyes and brown hair. Tags: [suspect description, Jacob Morley]
