The Ministry of Culture invites Thai content creators to enter the global market! Join the FILMART 2026 Roadshow to promote Thai creative culture to Asia and beyond.

Mr. Prasop Reang-ngern, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Culture, revealed that the Ministry of Culture (MOC) is pushing Thai film and video industry entrepreneurs toward international markets for the year 2026. It will take Thai content creators to showcase their potential at the Hong Kong International Film & TV Market (FILMART 2026), the most influential content licensing marketplace in Asia.

The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Culture stated that participating in FILMART 2026 is a “golden opportunity” for the Thai content industry to expand its market, open doors to international buyers, distributors, and business partners worldwide, which will help increase economic value, develop Thailand’s creative culture, and gain recognition on the global stage.

The Ministry of Culture is accepting applications from entrepreneurs in three categories. These include:

1. Legal entities conducting business related to film and video.

2. Associations related to film and video.

3. Legal entities involved in providing services related to film and video.

Applicants must submit supporting documents including an application form, registration proof, portfolio, and a presentation file by 19 December 2025 GMT+7.

Submission methods

1. Submit original documents in person at the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Culture.

2. Send document files (PDF/Word/PPT) via email:movie0204.1@gmail.com
