The Ministry of Commerce invites consumers to buy Thai products and share New Year happiness through the “New Year Mega Sale 2026.” This supports Trading Villages and Farm Outlets, aiming to reduce living costs nationwide by nearly 5 billion baht, continuing until 31 January 2026.
Supachai Sutthumpan, Minister of Commerce, revealed that the Ministry, through the Department of Internal Trade, is promoting a shopping atmosphere and spreading happiness during the 2026 New Year festival by organizing and expanding the “Commerce Discount New Year Mega Sale 2026.” Under the concept “Thai Help Thai, Buy Thai Products, Sustainable Thai Economy,” the campaign enables people to purchase goods and services at affordable prices while supporting farmers, community enterprises, and Thai entrepreneurs nationwide.
A total of 271 entrepreneurs are participating in the project, comprising 89 producers, 24 distributors, 151 service providers, and 7 online platforms. They jointly offer products and services with discounts of up to 80% over 40 days, from 23 December 2025 to 31 January 2026.
The participating products are divided into three main categories:
• Consumer goods category with 6,880 items, discounted up to 80%
• Services category with 1,669 items, discounted up to 80%
• Online products category with over 30,000 items, discounted up to 50%
This project emphasizes supporting small entrepreneurs and the grassroots economy by linking products from the Trading Village project and Farm Outlets, including food, household items, home decorations, clothing, and health products. This provides community products greater access to consumers and helps create sustainable income for communities.
Additionally, health service groups and hospitals are participating by offering medical and health promotion services with special discounts up to 80%, such as health check-up programs, vaccines, vitamins, and disease screening. This offers an alternative New Year gift option that helps care for public health.
The project is expected to help reduce living costs for the public by approximately 4.8 billion baht, stimulate domestic spending, and generate income circulation for entrepreneurs and communities during the New Year festival in a tangible way.
The Ministry of Commerce invites the public to purchase products and services participating in the “Commerce Discount New Year Mega Sale 2026,” as well as to support community products from Trading Villages and Farm Outlets across the country, to share happiness during the New Year and support Thai products for sustainable economic growth.
