National Housing Authority Opens Booking for Affordable Rental Buildings for Low-Income Residents in Bang Pakong, Chachoengsao

The National Housing Authority (NHA) is preparing to open bookingsfor the right torent residential units in the low-income rental building project in Chachoengsao Province (Bang Pakong) from 27–29 March 2026. Rent is only 1,500–2,100 baht per month, with a promotion offering a 300 baht monthly discount for six months to celebrate the new project's opening, ending September 2026.

Mr. Tawepong Wichaidit, Governor of the National Housing Authority, revealed that the rental building project in Chachoengsao (Bang Pakong) is located on over 9 rai along Highway 314 (Chachoengsao–Bang Pakong), Lat Khwang Subdistrict, Ban Pho District, Chachoengsao Province. The project consists of twelve 4-story buildings totaling 588 units, each about 28–30 square meters. Rental contracts are set for three years to provide low-income residents access to quality housing near workplaces and major transportation routes.

The NHA Governor added that the project targets qualified groups according to criteria: the elderly, people with disabilities, First Jobbers aged 18–29, government officials, state enterprise employees, and the general public with household income not exceeding 30,000 baht per month. State welfare cardholders must have an annual income not exceeding 100,000 baht to ensure allocation is fair and maximizes benefits.


Rental rates vary by building floor: units on the 1st and 2nd floors rent for 2,100 baht per month, the 3rd floor at 1,700 baht, and the 4th floor at 1,500 baht monthly. A special 300 baht monthly discount applies for the first six months. Booking will prioritize online registrants first, followed by walk-ins. Elderly and disabled applicants will have priority to select units on the 1st floor before others.

Mr. Tawepong emphasized that this project is an important mechanism to reduce living costs and provide housing security for the public. The NHA will continue expanding access to quality rental housing at affordable prices to steadily and concretely improve Thai people's quality of life.
