The National Housing Authority supports youth education by partnering with CP ALL and Panyapiwat Technological College to offer scholarships for vocational certificate (Por Wor Chor) and higher vocational certificate (Por Wor Sor) programs for the 2026 academic year. Youth in housing communities can study for free throughout the course, receive benefits, and earn income while studying, creating opportunities for stable employment and future security.
Mr. Tawephong Wichaidit, Governor of the National Housing Authority, stated that the Authority prioritizes housing development alongside improving residents' quality of life comprehensively—in social, economic, and environmental aspects. Recognizing that improving people's quality of life must go hand in hand with creating educational opportunities for children and youth—key forces for the country’s future development—the National Housing Authority collaborates with CP ALL and Panyapiwat Technological College to develop youth within housing communities. The aim is to promote equal access to education, develop vocational skills, ensure employment and income, and enable self-reliance and family stability. Since signing the cooperation agreement, the program has been continuously implemented.
The Governor added that for the 2026 academic year, CP ALL and Panyapiwat Technological College offer special privileges for residents of National Housing Authority communities. Those interested in enrolling in the vocational certificate (Por Wor Chor) program will study for free and receive tuition support throughout the course. Those applying for the higher vocational certificate (Por Wor Sor) program will receive scholarships from CP ALL for the entire curriculum. Both programs provide full benefits at no cost, including enrollment fees, supplementary activities, uniforms and equipment, registration fees, and student ID cards. This ensures youth can access quality education, develop vocational skills aligned with labor market demands, and build a stable career future.
Classes are conducted by Panyapiwat Technological College using a dual vocational training system that combines theoretical study with practical training to enhance knowledge and career skills. The program focuses on developing students into entrepreneurs and modern businesspeople. Throughout the course, students study for free, earn income, and have immediate job opportunities after graduation. Interested applicants can apply at Panyapiwat Technological College, Ngamwongwan 23 Alley, Nonthaburi Province. Applications are open now until 30 May 2026 or until quotas are filled. Mr. Tawephong emphasized that this collaboration demonstrates the National Housing Authority's concrete role in improving residents' quality of life by creating educational opportunities and developing vocational skills for youth. This effort will be crucial in uplifting families and communities' quality of life, while contributing to sustainable social and national development.
