
Thailand Post announced its operating schedule for the Songkran festival from 13 to 15 April 2026, emphasizing that it will continue accepting parcels at service points nationwide but will temporarily suspend deliveries. The company also released an advance shipping timeline and advised the public to refrain from sending perishable items to prevent damage during the holiday.
Thailand Post Company Limited will provide parcel acceptance services nationwide during the Songkran holiday from 13 to 15 April 2026 to accommodate public needs during the break. It recommends planning shipments in advance: domestic EMS items sent by 10 April 2026 will be delivered by 12 April 2026; those sent by 12 April 2026 will be delivered by 17 April 2026; and items sent from 13 to 15 April 2026 will be delivered by 18 April 2026. Customers are also asked to avoid sending fresh food, fruit, or perishable goods during this period.
