The planned closures will affect main lanes between km 26 and km 30+500 starting from 20 April 2026.

The Department aims to complete the installation of remaining elevated structural components and restore the main lanes by May 2026 to minimize impact on road users.
The Department of Highways advises the public to check information and plan trips in advance, especially those traveling through the area during the day. Travelers should allow extra time or consider alternative routes. Traffic updates and further information are available via the Department's hotline 1586, free of charge, 24 hours a day.
