GH Bank Launches State Welfare Registration for 2026, Confirms Rights from Today until 21 June

The Government Housing Bank (GH Bank) has signed an MOU for the 2026 State Welfare Registration Project, promoting equitable access to government welfare rights for low-income individuals. Registration and rights confirmation for the program are open from today until 21 June 2026 GMT+7.

GH Bank, together with the Ministry of Finance, government agencies, and partner networks, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on cooperation for the 2026 State Welfare Registration Project. This supports government policy to care for and improve the quality of life for low-income citizens, enabling them to access basic government welfare rights comprehensively, conveniently, and fairly. Registration and rights confirmation are open from today until 21 June 2026 GMT+7, with eligibility results announced on 17 July 2026 GMT+7.

Dr. Mahattana Amornpisit, Managing Director of GH Bank, stated that GH Bank continuously supports the Ministry of Finance and government policies aimed at enhancing citizens' quality of life, especially for low-income and vulnerable groups. Signing the MOU for the 2026 State Welfare Registration Project facilitates efficient access to government welfare rights. Under this collaboration, GH Bank will handle registration and rights confirmation at branches nationwide and participate in verifying applicants' eligibility according to Ministry of Finance criteria. Registration and rights confirmation are available from today until 21 June 2026 GMT+7, with eligibility results announced on 17 July 2026 GMT+7. The four channels for participation include: 1. The project’s official website, 2. Government mobile applications, 3. The "Pao Tang" application, and 4. Local registration agencies consisting of five entities: GH Bank, Government Savings Bank, Krung Thai Bank, Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, and Islamic Bank of Thailand.

Dr. Mahattana added that GH Bank’s participation reflects its commitment to being part of the government mechanism that reduces social inequality and promotes vulnerable populations’ access to essential welfare transparently, fairly, and comprehensively. This effort aims to improve quality of life and foster long-term economic stability for citizens.

“GH Bank cares for all groups, especially low-income and vulnerable citizens, ensuring equal access to rights and opportunities provided by the government through convenient, fast, efficient, comprehensive, and equitable services. This participation contributes to driving sustainable and stable growth for Thai society,” Dr. Mahattana said.
