TAT Launches Exclusive Ayutthaya Journey Trip to Win Over Tourists via 1672 Travel Buddy

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is advancing its strategy to win over tourists by launching a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activity through the channel 1672 Travel Buddy kicking off with an exclusive trip "Ayutthaya Journey" pioneering travel to the ancient capital, aiming to stimulate local tourism and promote responsible tourism to support community economy and elevate Thai tourism.

Mr. Nithi Seephrae, Deputy Governor for Marketing Communications at the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) revealed that TAT, through its Tourism Information Division, has continued its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities to build loyalty and enhance traveler satisfaction by providing information through 1672 Travel Buddy. Recently, it launched a campaign under the concept “Exclusive Trip: Ayutthaya Journey – Travel Close to Home, Heal Your Soul, Feel Great on Every Trip with 1672 Travel Buddy x OSP.”

“This activity invites travelers to join an exclusive journey called ‘Ayutthaya Prestige: Admire Priceless Artistry, Visit the Timeless Heritage Land, Savor Legendary Flavors’ in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, held from 20-21 June 2026. We aim to build loyalty and enhance satisfaction for 1672 Travel Buddy users by delivering a valuable travel experience through learning cultural heritage, community lifestyles, and the charm of local cuisine,” said Mr. Nithi.

Mr. Nithi added that the trip also reflects the concept of responsible tourism that respects social, cultural, and environmental values while elevating the tourist experience. The activities are designed to meet the interests of target groups, including existing and new customers throughout the customer journey. Additionally, it integrates cooperation between public and private sectors to drive quality Thai tourism.
