The Treasury Department has launched a new feature for certifying copies of property appraisal accounts online called D-Value, promoting the idea of "convenient, fast, and free of charge."
Today (24 June 2026) at the Ministry of Finance, the Treasury Department held a press conference to officially launch the "new feature for certifying copies of property appraisal accounts online, D-Value, under the Property Appraisal Price Dissemination System." The opening ceremony was chaired by Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Ekniti Nitithanprapas, joined by Treasury Department Director-General Akarut Sontayanon, executives from the Ministry of Finance and Treasury, government agencies, private sector representatives, and the media.
Mr. Ekniti said the government is firmly committed to advancing Digital Government to reduce data inequality, increase transparency, and lower citizens' service costs. The Ministry of Finance has set a national development strategy based on six economic engines: human development, new business creation, capital enhancement, technology advancement, green economy transition, and upgrading the public sector into an Effective Government.
Today, D-Value represents a technological advancement built upon existing services and falls under the Effective Government engine, the last of the six. It aims to enable the government to work quickly and transparently using Data & AI, facilitating economic progress. It exemplifies the practical application of technology to modernize property appraisal processes and meet digital era demands.
"D-Value is highly significant because many people need property appraisal data for financial transactions and government agency operations. Making this data easily accessible, accurate, transparent, and eliminating the need to visit offices directly benefits citizens nationwide. The online certification service for land and condominium appraisal account copies is the first of its kind, allowing users to verify identity digitally, select the desired property, and immediately receive an electronically certified copy via email free of charge, without visiting Treasury offices. This elevates government services to align with citizens' digital lifestyles."
Mr. Akarut said the Treasury Department has revamped its website and mobile application to be modern and user-friendly. A key feature is "land appraisal price search via satellite map imagery," enabling users to search by typing place names, streets, or nearby landmarks, and select land parcels directly on the map without needing deed or Nor Sor 3 Kor numbers. Additionally, the department launched the online service to certify copies of land and condominium appraisal accounts under the concept "convenient, fast, and free of charge."
The public can use the service easily in just four steps.
1. Access the system by logging in and verifying identity through the ThaiD or Paotang applications.
2. Search appraisal price information by selecting a location on the satellite map or entering deed/Nor Sor 3 Kor numbers for land, or the condominium name for units.
3. Review the requested items and provide the email address to receive the information.
4. Receive the electronically certified copy of the appraisal account sent directly to the email within 10 minutes. This document can be immediately used as official evidence and for various transactions.
The development of D-Value's features not only adds seamless convenience and speed but also significantly reduces costs for document requests and travel expenses for citizens, the private sector, and government agencies, reflecting the Treasury Department's commitment.
This initiative supports the mission to meet the country’s sustainable development strategies in the digital economy era.
