The National Housing Authority (NHA) is advancing its mission to ensure housing security by enabling low- to middle-income citizens to access quality homes in well-equipped locations. Recently, it launched the "THE NHA CONDO Prachanivet 3" condominium project on Samakki Road, Tha Sai Subdistrict, Mueang Nonthaburi District, Nonthaburi Province. This project aims to meet the living needs of workers and small families seeking affordable housing they can manage financially.
Mr. Taweepong Wichaidit, Governor of the National Housing Authority, stated that the NHA prioritizes developing housing accessible to all groups, especially low- to middle-income earners who need quality homes at reasonable prices aligned with their purchasing power. At the same time, housing must allow convenient commuting to work, access to public services, and daily life without bearing excessive financial burdens.
The THE NHA CONDO Prachanivet 3 project is located in urban Nonthaburi, with easy connections to Bangkok. The project sits opposite Benjamharatchanasorn School and is about a 7-minute walk from Samakki Station of the Pink Line MRT.
Additionally, the surrounding area is surrounded by amenities, including shopping centers such as Pantip Ngamwongwan and The Mall Ngamwongwan, as well as communities, shops, and various services.
