SRT Adds Four Train Stops at Sanam Chandra Palace Halt Starting 1 Sep

The State Railway of Thailand (SRT) announced a trial adding stops for four trains at Sanam Chandra Palace halt in Nakhon Pathom Province to support travel for students and the public, effective from 1 September this year.

The State Railway of Thailand (SRT) is trialingordinary trainsNos. 251/252 and 259/260 to stop at Sanam Chandra Palace halt, Nakhon Pathom Province, to increase travel options and convenience for the public, Silpakorn University students, and Demonstration School students. The trial period is six months, from 1 September 2026 to 28 February 2027.

Including the 10 trains already stopping at Sanam Chandra Palace halt, a total of 14 trains will serve this location, enhancing convenience and travel choices for locals and those traveling to Silpakorn University and the surrounding area.
