National Housing Authority Opens 5-Rai Prime Pattaya Site for 15-Year Commercial Sports Club Lease to Private Sector

The National Housing Authority is auctioning lease rights for a commercial sports club and land at the Pattaya Community Housing Project Phase 2, covering over 5 rai for 15 years, with the first year rent-free. Bids must be submitted by 22 Oct 2026 GMT+7.

The National Housing Authority (NHA) The National Housing Authority is advancing efforts to maximize asset management benefits and strengthen the organization's financial stability by inviting interested investors to submit proposals for lease rights to land and buildings, including a sports club, swimming pool, tennis court, and parking lot at the Pattaya Community Housing Project Phase 2, located in Najomtien Subdistrict, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province. The area covers over 5 rai to be developed as a sports center, commercial business, and related enterprises, with a lease term of up to 15 years.

Mr. Taweepong Wichaidit, Governor of the National Housing Authority, stated that the NHA emphasizes a policy of fully developing existing assets to add value, create jobs, and generate income for local residents. This aligns with the organization's strategy to enhance asset management efficiency.

Details of the auction conditions and rent structure

Regarding the bidding conditions, the NHA requires bidders to propose a minimum lease acquisition fee of no less than 4,700,000 baht. The rent collection structure is eased to support business establishment as follows:

  • Year 1 Rent-free
  • Years 2–3 Monthly rent of 150,000 baht
  • Years 4–6 Monthly rent of 180,000 baht
  • Years 7–9 Monthly rent of 210,000 baht
  • Years 10–12 Monthly rent of 270,000 baht
  • Years 13–15 Monthly rent of 330,000 baht

(Participants must provide a bid security deposit of 1,000,000 baht)

Bids must be submitted on 22 October 2026 GMT+7 between 10:30 and 11:30 at the Chonburi Housing Office, Branch 1, Najomtien Subdistrict, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province. The bid envelopes will be opened the same day starting at 11:45.
