The Transport Company Limited (BKS) reports that heavy and continuous rainfall has caused flooding in many provinces across Thailand, affecting public bus operations. On 26 Sep 2026 GMT+7, joint bus operators have notified BKS of temporary suspensions on various routes until the situation improves.The situation stabilizes.and returns to normal, due to flooding in some areas of theEastern region.Five routes affected are as follows:
1. Route 46: Bangkok-Rayong (old route)
2. Route 48: Bangkok-Pattaya (van service only)
3. Routes 914/917: Bangkok-Chanthaburi-Trat, operated by Thanatavee Transport Company Limited
4. Route 9916: Bangkok-Wang Nam Yen-Khlong Hat
5. Route 9916: Bangkok-Sa Kaeo-Aranyaprathet-Market Rong Kluea
Meanwhile, BKS-operated bus services continue normally on all routes. The company is closely monitoring flood conditions amid ongoing rain nationwide to prepare and adjust bus operations accordingly, ensuring passenger safety and minimizing disruption.
