The National Housing Authority organized Big Cleaning Day to restore flood-affected residents in the Prachinburi housing community Phase 1, mobilizing electricians and computer technicians inside homes to assist the public.

Mr. Tawepong Wichaidit, Governor of the National Housing Authority, revealed that the Authority held the “Big Cleaning Day” event from 21–22 October 2026 at the Prachinburi housing community Phase 1 project. He assigned Mr. Komsan Pilasombat, Deputy Governor of the National Housing Authority, together with Ms. Apisama Chatkittipipat, Assistant Governor, and Mr. Theerawat Sumangklo, Assistant Governor of the National Housing Authority, to lead the operational team in restoring the community affected by the flood disaster. The NHA technician team urgently inspected and repaired electrical systems inside homes to ensure safe usage, alongside checking and repairing computer wiring damaged by the floods. This activity received cooperation from partners including Bang Decha Subdistrict Administrative Organization, military units 30th and 2nd Battalions, Prachinburi Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, and private sector contributors to support waste collection, cleaning, and restoration of affected areas, aiming to make the community clean, orderly, and safe for residence again.

Mr. Tawepong added that the National Housing Authority appreciates all agencies and partners who united to support this community restoration mission. He reaffirmed the commitment to continuously assist and improve residents’ quality of life to alleviate hardship and enable a swift return to normalcy, placing citizens at the center under the principle of “leaving no one behind.”
