The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) invites singles and solo travelers to embark on Single Journey 2026 under the concept “Single? So what... Let's go together!” Featuring eight free activities from November to December 2026 and introducing 10 travel routes across Thailand to bring happiness, build friendships, and distribute income to local businesses and communities.
Ms. Thapanee Kiatphaiboon, Governor of TAT, stated that TAT aims to drive the Thai tourism industry with a strategy focused on quality growth, emphasizing increased economic value, developing Thailand as a year-round travel destination, and fostering cooperation among businesses, operators, and communities to make tourism a key mechanism for inclusive and sustainable benefits.
Furthermore, TAT emphasizes tourism that promotes happiness and quality of life under the concept “Healing Is the New Luxury,” reflecting that travel’s value is not limited to material luxury but also includes physical and mental relaxation, building relationships, and creating meaningful memories.
This concept aligns with promoting the solo traveler market through the “Single Journey 2026” project, which aims to turn solo travel into an opportunity to gain new experiences, meet like-minded people, and build friendships through diverse travel activities.
At the same time, it showcases the charm and identity of tourist destinations across five regions nationwide to stimulate year-round travel, distribute income to local areas, and elevate Thai tourism towards quality and sustainable growth.
Details of Eight Free Solo Traveler Activities from November to December 2026
For the eight experiential activities, TAT invites singles to explore travel in various styles, filling each trip with happiness, fun, and friendship. Promotional graphics indicate all eight activities are free for singles to join, with details as follows.
1. SKYLINE FILM — Outdoor seaside movie screening Watch an outdoor film in a relaxed seaside atmosphere in Chonburi Province, presented as a Silent Cinema with wireless headphones. Scheduled for 1 November 2026, 17:30–20:00 at The Moment Pattaya.
2. DEEP BLUE SERENITY — Experience Sound Healing Enjoy a relaxing Sound Healing experience in an underwater-themed setting, perfect for rest and mental rejuvenation. Scheduled for 7–8 November 2026, 06:00–09:00 at Sea Life Bangkok.
3. ECO TRAIL CNX — Rejuvenate in Chiang Mai's nature An activity for nature lovers to explore, refresh, and relax amidst Chiang Mai’s green environment. Scheduled for 14 November 2026, 06:00–12:00 at the Wat Phalad route, Chiang Mai.
4. SRT ROYAL BLOSSOM — Scenic train trip fostering friendship Ride a special train enjoying a joyful atmosphere along the Hua Lamphong–Nakhon Pathom–Kanchanaburi route. Scheduled for 18 November 2026, 07:00–18:00.

8. MORNING COFFEE PARTY — Coffee sipping and story sharing For café lovers, come sip coffee, exchange stories, and get to know new friends in a casual atmosphere. Scheduled for 6 December 2026, 09:00–12:00 at Charter Thonglor.

In addition to the eight activities, TAT presents 10 travel inspirations nationwide through content recommending interesting destinations covering all five regions, showcasing each area's charm and diversity.
This aims to inspire singles to choose travel according to their interests and lifestyles, mark check-ins, create new stories from traveling around Thailand, and contribute income to local operators and communities.
