On 4 Nov 2026, Mr. Chanin Rungthanakiat, Advisor to the Minister of Social Development and Human Security, accompanied by Mr. Apicha Lertpochrakamon, Advisor to the National Housing Authority Board, and NHA board members including Mr. Niti Witayawiroj, Mr. Thitiphan Leerattanachai, and Mr. Nattawut Smithbenjapol, visited the site to inspect and monitor progress on the Din Daeng community urban renewal Phase 2 project (supporting existing residents) at residential Plot A (Building A1). Mr. Tawepong Wichaidit, Governor of the National Housing Authority, and executives also joined to drive housing development according to plan, aiming to tangibly improve residents' quality of life.
The residential Building A1 project is located near Soi Mor Laeng on Din Daeng 1 Road, Din Daeng Subdistrict, Din Daeng District, Bangkok. It is a key part of the Din Daeng urban renewal master plan, aiming to transform the original residential area into a modern, quality, and sustainable city. The project consists of one 32-story building with a total of 635 units, designed to accommodate original residents under enhanced standards of structural strength, safety, and improved living quality. As of 1 Nov 2026, construction progress has reached 70%, marking an important step in revitalizing Din Daeng to create quality housing and a better environment that sustainably raises residents' quality of life.
