They have dispatched rubber boats, jet skis, and life-saving equipment from Phuket to Hat Yai.
The flooding situation in Hat Yai remains concerning, with many residents still trapped in their homes and unable to evacuate. The floodwaters have risen rapidly, continuous rainfall persists, and strong currents hinder rescue efforts. This necessitates sufficient life-saving equipment, rubber boats, and jet skis for operations in the area. Police Chief Kittirat Panpej has ordered an urgent full-scale mobilization to assist the public promptly.
