The Vanich family has launched Synthesis Ark Phuket, a mega mixed-use project valued at over 50 billion baht, situated on nearly 500 rai of prime land in the heart of Phuket.
On 9 Dec, reporters learned that recently the CV Group of Companies, led by Managing Director Apirak Vanich and Executive Janthip Vanich, held a press conference to introduce Synthesis Ark Phuket, a new mega mixed-use development in Phuket. The project covers about 500 rai in central Phuket and transforms former palm plantations into a future city driven by sustainability concepts. The highlight of the first phase, NEXUS, is an office complex integrating a health center, lifestyle mall, and hotel.
Janthip Vanich said Synthesis Ark Phuket is Phuket’s new landmark and an extension of the Vanich family's land legacy, evolving from mining to palm plantations and now to creating a model city — a gem of Phuket. She expressed pride in passing this legacy into the future through a development reflecting sustainable living based on the 15-Minute Neighborhood concept, where everything is within walking distance — homes, workplaces, schools, health centers, and large parks — allowing people to live, work, learn, and relax all in one place.
"This is an integrated mixed-use development covering a total of 491 rai, located in Si Sunthon Subdistrict, Thalang District, Phuket, along Thepkrasattri Road, which connects Phuket Airport and the city center. The project includes condominiums, housing estates, luxury villas, office buildings, hotels, serviced apartments, educational institutions, health and beauty centers, and a world-class shopping center. The total investment exceeds 50 billion baht, with construction set to begin in 2025 and full completion expected by 2032," Janthip Vanich said.
Synthesis Ark Phuket is created under the Eco-Spectrum Living concept, emphasizing sustainability and driven by smart technology, including efficient energy and water management systems. It aims to balance people, city, and nature based on three main pillars: Sustainable—living in harmony with nature, allocating over 20% of the area to green spaces and lakes; Walkable—everything reachable within a 15-minute walk; and Self-Sufficient—building a community capable of fully supporting all aspects of life independently.
The highlight of the first phase is NEXUS, a group of office buildings and a lifestyle community mall developed by the CV Group. It consists of four buildings: office space of more than 10,000 square meters; a premium 70-room hotel; a retail and lifestyle building featuring shops and restaurants; and a wellness and aesthetic center offering health and beauty services. This phase is expected to open by 2028.
