Ban Pong Hospital Advances with Digital Super App and AI to Enhance Service Quality

Ban Pong Hospital in Ratchaburi Province is advancing the quality of medical services by adopting a digital super app and AI to manage operations and reduce the burden on medical staff.

On 9 Dec, reporters reported that on 8 Dec at the Riverside Community Hall in Ban Pong Municipality, Ratchaburi Province, Dr. Preecha Prempri, inspector of the Ministry of Public Health for Health Region 5, Dr. Chaiwat Pattanapisarnsak, public health supervisor, Mrs. Amornrat Limjitsomboon, assistant inspector of the Ministry of Public Health, Dr. Pacharee Areerob, the Ratchaburi Provincial Public Health Doctor, and Dr. Wiboon Phattanabadeekorn, director of Ban Pong Hospital, jointly launched the Kick-off project for the Health Development Era in Health Region 5 titled “Doctors Not Exhausted, People Not Waiting,” connecting all services through technology to enhance medical service quality by applying digital technology in various management tasks to reduce medical staff workload and improve public service.

Dr. Wiboon stated that this project is a continuation of the Mor Prom app towards becoming the Ministry of Public Health’s Super Application, which connects all health services directly to citizens, enhancing convenience, reducing steps, and creating a modern service experience. Artificial intelligence (AI) supports medical personnel at all levels. Ban Pong Hospital is ready to serve as a model in progressing continuously towards becoming a Smart Hospital to advance public health services in line with the digital era, with the goal of providing the best services to the public.
