This morning, the Air Force sent F-16 jets to bomb the Jai Chum Nea Bridge, causing damage that cut off Cambodia's supply route of reinforcements and heavy weapons entering the area near the Trat provincial border.
At 06:00 on 13 December 2025, the Air Force deployed two F-16 aircraft to conduct a mission along the Trat border, following a request from the Navy to destroy the Jai Chum Nea Bridge at Ban Thmoda, Pothisat Province, after the Navy discovered reinforcements and heavy weapons moving into the area close to the Trat border.
Initially, the F-16s made two reconnaissance passes before dropping bombs for the first time at 06:00, the second at 06:07, and the third at 06:12. Early reports indicate the bridge was damaged but has not collapsed.
However, after the bombing, there has been no response or counterattack from the Cambodian side.
