The Burapha Task Force conducted military operations targeting Cambodian forces considered a threat to Thailand's sovereignty and the safety of soldiers and civilians. Since 8 Dec 2025 to present, verified Cambodian losses include 1 command post, 11 observation posts/military bases, 1 casino, 6 bunkers, 1 weapons storage site, 4 grenade launcher positions, 2 supply/muster points, 2 ammunition depots, 3 armored vehicles, 4 reconnaissance drones, and 4 communication signal towers. Approximately 300 Cambodian soldiers are estimated dead.
Regarding preparations to repatriate Thai nationals from Poipet, Cambodia, back into Thailand at the Ban Khlong Luek permanent border crossing in Aranyaprathet district, Cambodia continues to refuse their release for the fourth consecutive day.
