It was carried out by opposing forces who infiltrated Trat Province and attempted sabotage of key military and government sites to create unrest in the border area.
The Chanthaburi-Trat Border Defense Command (CTBDC) has implemented strict and careful security measures to prevent such incidents from recurring.
