Thai Military Confirms All Targets Attacked Are Cambodian Military Sites and Equipment

The Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters confirmed that military operations against Cambodia targeted only clearly identified military objectives. These strikes were aimed at eliminating threats and were not intended as territorial occupation.

Regarding the latest developments on the Thai-Cambodian border on 18 Dec 2025 GMT+7, the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters Facebook page posted that the Thai military confirms that all branches targeted solely military objectives.

Regarding attacks on buildings and casinos, the Thai military confirmed that air and ground strikes focused on casinos and structures in Cambodia were aimed solely at neutralizing threats and military targets, not territorial occupation. This stance reaffirms the defense of national sovereignty, as Cambodian forces used those sites for military operations against Thailand, as evidenced by the actions of the army, navy, and air force as follows.

The 2nd Army conducted retaliatory military operations by using tanks to shell casino buildings and scammer bases in the Chong Sai Taku area of Cambodia.

The Chanthaburi and Trat Border Defense Command, together with border patrol boats, conducted targeted strikes to destroy drone control and anti-drone systems used by Cambodia to attack and disrupt Thai operations. They also identified heavy weapons bases near casino buildings posing threats to Thai forces.

F-16 aircraft destroyed military strongholds and supply routes used by the opposing side to transport weapons and equipment at "Jai Chum Nea Bridge" located in Ban Thomoda, Kampong Cham Province, Cambodia, dropping bombs on the upper area of the casino building, causing total damage inside.

All targets attacked by the Thai military were strictly military in nature, including combat forces, weapons, and equipment, as each target was clearly verified to serve as a military operational base.
