His Majesty the King has graciously bestowed military ranks and royal decorations on special royal guard officers totaling 15 individuals
On 23 December 2025 GMT+7, it was reported that His Majesty King Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun issued a royal command to confer military ranks and royal decorations on 15 special royal guard officers as follows:
Military ranks were bestowed on 6 officers
1. Lieutenant General Boonsin Padklang was promoted to General.
2. Vice Admiral Nopadol Thitwattanasakul was promoted to Admiral.
3. Vice Admiral Ronarong Sitthinun was promoted to Admiral.
4. Vice Admiral Prawut Rodmanee was promoted to Admiral.
5. Major General Aniruj Pukhut was promoted to Lieutenant General.
6. Air Vice Marshal Eksak Thephasit was promoted to Air Marshal.
Royal decorations were conferred on 9 officers
1. General Natthawat Aknibutr received the Most Exalted Order of the White Elephant.
2. General Charoenchai Hintao received the Most Exalted Order of the White Elephant.
3. Admiral Wasinsan Chantawarin received the Most Exalted Order of the White Elephant.
4. Admiral Pradorn Puangkaew received the Most Exalted Order of the White Elephant.
5. Admiral Dulyapat Loirat received the Most Exalted Order of the White Elephant.
