The 2nd Army Region released a video showing the moment they raided and seized "Hill 350," honoring the heroism of two brave soldiers, Corporal Samreng Klangprakorn and Private Phanupat Saosa, who sacrificed their lives to defend sovereignty.
Along the Thai-Cambodian border, fierce clashes have continued in several areas between Thai and Cambodian soldiers, especially around "Hill 350," a strategic location at the Prasat Ta Kwai site in Phanom Dong Rak district, Surin province. The Thai side planned and successfully took control of the position, despite strong retaliation from Cambodian forces. Thailand lost Corporal Samreng Klangprakorn, known as Sergeant Reng, and Private Phanupat Saosa, nicknamed Private Woon, both from the 3rd Infantry Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment. Their deaths caused deep sorrow among their families and the entire Thai nation.
