At 09:00 on 25 Dec 2025 GMT+7, reporters noted that at the Ban Phak Kat permanent border checkpoint, Khlong Yai Subdistrict, Pong Nam Ron District, the Thai committee arrived early at 08:50, traveling by private cars and buses from the Thai Army's Academic Division.
Meanwhile, the Cambodian delegation arrived on time at 09:00 as scheduled, marking Cambodia’s punctuality today. As the Thai committee crossed the border bridge to receive the Cambodian group, Major General Nyem Boraden, Deputy Head of the Office of the Minister of Defense of Cambodia, shook hands with the Thai officials with a slight smile. He then crossed the bridge directly to the meeting room. Upon entering, the media were given about five minutes to take photos before the meeting commenced.
Today marks the second day of the General Border Committee (GBC) Secretary-General level meeting at the Immigration Office building at Ban Phak Kat permanent border checkpoint, Khlong Yai Subdistrict, Pong Nam Ron District, Chanthaburi Province, proceeding as scheduled.
The session today began at 09:00 and continued until 12:00, followed by a lunch break until 14:00. The meeting then resumed at 14:00 and continued until 17:00.
