The Supreme Court President welcomed media representatives paying respects on the occasion of New Year 2026, emphasizing the core missions of driving the organization, delivering justice, and protecting citizens' rights and freedoms.
At 3:00 p.m. on 7 Jan 2025 GMT+7, Mr. Adisak Tantiwong, Supreme Court President, gave media representatives from newspapers, radio, television, and online justice court outlets the opportunity to pay respects for the New Year 2026. The event was hosted by Mr. Anan Paksee, Deputy Secretary of the Appeals Court acting as Deputy Secretary to the Supreme Court President, and Mr. Suriyan Hongwilai, Justice Court spokesperson, who jointly welcomed the media.
On this occasion, Mr. Adisak Tantiwong, Supreme Court President, emphasized the court’s vital core missions: delivering justice and protecting citizens' rights and freedoms. He expressed the goal of building public trust so the court becomes a genuine refuge for the people, guided by the Supreme Court President’s policy “Ethics Lead the Way, Build Faith, Improve Quality.” This policy serves as the cornerstone to advance the organization efficiently and sustainably.
The Supreme Court President expressed gratitude to the media for being a crucial support in fulfilling the mission. The Justice Court recognizes that successful, effective justice delivery is not achieved by court personnel alone but requires the media as a voice to present accurate, impartial, and accessible information. This helps the public clearly understand their rights, duties, and the justice process. Moreover, the media acts like a mirror reflecting the court’s work, promoting transparency and tangible accountability.
