The 2nd Army Region brought military equipment to display at the event "National Children's Day 2026" and joined in enthusiastically singing patriotic songs together.
On 10 January 2026, the 2nd Army Region organized the annual Children's Day event at the plaza in front of Roengchai Club, Suranaree Camp, 2nd Army Region, Nakhon Ratchasima province. They exhibited various types of military equipment, such as tanks, Humvees, artillery guns, mortars, and other weapons, allowing children to view them up close. Soldiers explained and demonstrated how to use the weapons to show their effectiveness, attracting great interest from children and parents attending the event.
Meanwhile, many children wore military uniforms to participate in activities, receive gifts and prizes, and enthusiastically sing patriotic songs. Besides the military equipment displays, the event featured performances by students on stage, musical presentations by the 21st Military Circle Band, as well as quiz games and prize contests.
