Thousands of children participated in the Navy Children's Day event at the Sea Turtle Conservation Center in Chonburi province, amazed by the displays of firearms and military equipment.
On 10 Jan 2026 GMT+7, Rear Admiral Et Yuwanangkur, Commander of the Air Defense and Coastal Command, presided over the opening of the 2026 National Children's Day activities, bringing joy to children under the slogan 'Love Thailand, Care for the World.' Thousands of parents brought their children to visit the Sea Turtle Conservation Center of the Navy in Sattahip Subdistrict, Sattahip District, Chonburi province.
The event featured numerous activities such as demonstrations of anti-aircraft weapons, coastal defense artillery, and rifles; naval educational exhibitions; military-style dance performances; gift giveaways; stage games; sea turtle releases; distribution of snacks and food; sports competitions with prizes; and many award ceremonies.
Rear Admiral Et Yuwanangkur, Commander of the Air Defense and Coastal Command, expressed his hope that children and youth, as the nation's future, would enjoy National Children's Day this year and develop a strong sense of patriotism.
