Initially, multiple injuries were suspected, prompting a readiness call for on-site assistance for passengers and crew. Upon notification, Phuket Airport coordinated with local medical units to prepare emergency support following the international airport's safety protocol.
At 12:15 GMT+7 the same day, Mr. Monchai Tano, Director of Phuket Airport, stated that the flight had safely parked at gate 15 within Phuket Airport's runway area. The captain confirmed that no passengers required hospital treatment and all passengers were able to continue to their accommodations safely.
