Rescue officials responded to assist at the scene of an oil tanker truck fire on Road 304 near the Wan Sat curve at Ban Huai Nam Khem in Wang Nam Khiao district. The driver escaped narrowly with his life.
On 16 Jan 2026 GMT+7, rescue team Huk31 from Thai Samakkhi station in Wang Nam Khiao district, Nakhon Ratchasima province, posted a public advisory urging motorists to avoid Road 304 after an oil tanker truck caught fire near the Wan Sat curve at Ban Huai Nam Khem.
Initial reports found the tanker driver escaped in time before the fire intensified severely. The road at the incident site is likely temporarily closed for safety reasons.
