Nong Nooch Pattaya Garden held the 'Aravnailah' ceremony following the Mahayana tradition of Mongolia, invoking the sacred presence of Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva. It opened for tourists to pay homage and enhance their good fortune, a unique opportunity rarely found in Thailand.
On 22 January 2026, Mr. Kampol Tansajja, Chairman of Nong Nooch Pattaya Garden, presided over a Buddhist consecration ceremony based on the Mahayana tradition from Mongolia. The event was honored by the presence of H.E. Mr. Tumur Amarsanaa, Mongolian Ambassador to Thailand, who invited monks from Mongolia to perform the "Aravnailah" ceremony.
The Aravnailah ceremony is a significant ritual where monks chant protective prayers and sacred mantras according to traditional customs. They also enshrine sacred objects brought from important temples in Mongolia. Upon completion, the Buddha image is revered as a symbol of the Buddha’s compassion, wisdom, and spiritual power.
This is a valuable opportunity for both Thai and international tourists visiting Nong Nooch to pay respects to Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva, known in Mongolia as "Arya Avalokiteśvara." According to belief, worshiping brings the power of compassion, mental peace, wisdom, and strength for life’s journey. It offers spiritual protection and accumulates merit, leading to personal tranquility and blessings for society as a whole.
