On 25 Jan 2026, after the Prachinburi Provincial Election Commission scheduled the PAO chief election to fill a vacant position, following the province’s announcement declaring the disqualification of Ms. Napaphat Anchasanichom, or Councilor Joy, from the PAO chief post due to media shareholding issues and ordering a new election within 60 days, the commission opened candidate registration from 15-19 Dec 2025 and set the election date for 25 Jan 2026.Tags: [election, Prachinburi, disqualification, local government]

Krit, known as "Rong U" Kasemphan, formerly served as deputy chief of the Prachinburi PAO during Sunthorn Wilawan’s tenure as PAO chief.
