The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) officially introduced "Lisa" as the Amazing Thailand Ambassador, conveying Thailand's charm from a new perspective and elevating the tourism experience in all dimensions to a global audience.

On 28 January 2025 GMT+7, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) officially launched "Lisa Lalisa Manoban," a world-class Thai artist, as the Amazing Thailand Ambassador under the "Feel All the Feelings" campaign at Wat Arun Ratchawararam Ratchawaramahawihan, a key national landmark. The initiative aims to enhance Thailand's tourism image from merely a destination to a Quality Leisure Destination, inviting Thai people to be good hosts to create lasting impressions and confidence for tourists worldwide.

This launch is seen as a significant milestone for Thailand's tourism industry, as TAT harnesses the influence of a globally successful Thai female artist to represent the allure, beauty, and value of Thailand from a new viewpoint. It reflects a nation that is more than just scenic spots, rich with stories, culture, lifestyles, and feelings that travelers experience on their journeys.

The event atmosphere at Wat Arun Ratchawararam Ratchawaramahawihan clearly demonstrated Thailand's Soft Power through arts, culture, history, and modernity. It reinforced the nation's identity of seamlessly blending traditional roots with contemporary creativity, powerfully communicating Thailand's image to the world.

Ms. Thapanee Kiatphaibul, Governor of TAT, revealed that sharing Thailand’s story through Lisa Lalisa Manoban’s perspective will open new dimensions of perception for tourists worldwide, viewing Thailand as a high-quality travel destination filled with value and meaning in every experience, from people and culture to lifestyles and local atmospheres.

The TAT Governor further stated that every trip in Thailand should not just be tourism but a creation of deep, lasting memories. The goal is to inspire tourists to return and share their impressive experiences, while inviting Thai people to be good hosts to collectively elevate Thailand’s tourism experience in every aspect.

The "Feel All the Feelings" campaign aims to present Thai tourism through a variety of emotions and feelings, conveying the value derived from genuine travel experiences unique to each destination, unavailable elsewhere in the world. This concept is expressed through the advertisement film series "Feel All The Feelings – Travel Thailand, Experience Every Feeling," highlighting Thailand’s charm from a new dimension.

Simultaneously, TAT continues to strengthen tourism confidence under the "Trusted Thailand" project, promoting Thailand as a quality destination where tourists can trust and travel with confidence, encouraging repeat visits over the long term.

Reporters noted that the event's highlight was the red carpet walk, starting with Ms. Thapanee Kiatphaibul, accompanied by TAT executives and deputy governors, who walked the red carpet amid media attention, reflecting Thailand’s readiness to elevate tourism standards to an international quality level.

Following them were celebrities and notable figures from various fields, including Win Metawin Opas-iamkajorn, Gulf Kanawut Traipipattanapong, Blue Pongtiwat Tangwancharoen, Dianne Flipo, Rasmi Kaeo-lon, Taew Natapohn Temirak, and Yogurt Natthachach Buamprakhom, who added vibrancy to the red carpet amidst a lively atmosphere and flashes from domestic and international media.

The atmosphere reached a peak when Lisa Lalisa Manoban appeared officially as the Amazing Thailand Ambassador, generating excitement and reaffirming the power of this global superstar to connect Thailand with tourists worldwide. This marked a new chapter in Thai tourism focusing on quality and meaningful experiences beyond merely being a destination.

Lisa added that what makes Thai tourism meaningful are the people and their smiles, which are genuine charms that impress tourists worldwide. She also recommended other destinations beyond the advertisements by mentioning her hometown in Buriram Province and local food like "standing meatballs" which she always misses.
