On 4 February 2569, the Chularatchamontri announced the moon sighting for determining the first day of Ramadan in Hijri year 1447, stating that to ensure the proper setting of this date, all Thai Muslims nationwide are asked to observe the moon on Wednesday, 18 February 2569, after sunset.
If the moon is sighted at the specified time, please report to the Provincial Islamic Committee Office so that the committee can verify and report the moon sighting results to the Chularatchamontri, who will then issue an announcement for all Muslims to be informed accordingly.
