At approximately 13:30 on 14 February 2026, Police Lieutenant Colonel Winai, an investigating officer at Thap Sakae Police Station, Prachuap Khiri Khan province, was notified of a fire at a yacht shipyard on the shore of Ban Thung Pradu, Village No. 3, Thap Sakae subdistrict, Thap Sakae district, Prachuap Khiri Khan. The fire occurred at a shipbuilding factory specializing in three-deck yachts with about 200 seats.
