On 21 Mar 2026 GMT+7, reporters stated that Uttaradit Province experienced a sultry day, and in the late afternoon, a summer storm brought heavy rain, strong winds, and hail, providing some relief from the heat. At Ban Thamwong, Village No. 6, Huai Mun Subdistrict, heavy wind and hail covered the ground white. Meanwhile, at Ban Huai Mun, the rain soaked the farmland, bringing joy and cooling relief.
Similarly, at Ban Huai Pong, Huai Mun Subdistrict, Nam Pat District, heavy rain fell as children collected hailstones to show each other. In Ban Khok District, villages such as Ban Huai Yot and Ban Bo Bia saw rain begin in the evening. At Ban Muang Chet Ton, a strong storm blew off an entire roof. The powerful winds damaged 16 homes in Ban Khok District.
Additionally, at Ban Nang Biang, Kanyanuan Village No. 5, winds blew away 10 sheets of corrugated iron roofing. In Fak Tha District, at 15:45 GMT+7, a violent rainstorm struck the large market in front of Fak Tha Witthayakhom School, blowing tents away and forcing vendors to quickly pack up despite having just set up their stalls.
