At 3:00 p.m. on 25 March 2026, officers from the patrol unit of Mueang Rayong Police Station received reports from residents about someone causing a disturbance at Saeng Chan Beach in Pak Nam subdistrict, Mueang district, Rayong province. Upon investigation, they found the individual causing the disruption was "Nok Noi," nicknamed the 'Tough Guy of Rayong,' who had previously gained fame online for a video knocking on jerrycans. The police, with social welfare officials at the scene, managed to defuse the situation and brought him to the police station to calm down.
While escorting "Nok Noi, the Tough Guy," to social welfare officers, he resisted and refused to get into their vehicle, forcing the police to assist in restraining him and placing him into a pickup truck to be taken to the hospital.
According to information, "Nok Noi, the Tough Guy," had returned to live in the area but had not sought treatment and had continuously missed taking his medication, which led to a relapse and the incident described.
Currently, social welfare officers in Rayong are closely providing treatment and care for his condition.
