The Monitoring and Evaluation Office (MEO)will be taskedwith formulating a plan to advance all Thairath Wittaya schools into special-characteristic schools nationwide. She will then present these proposals to the MEO to expedite the development plan, which will subsequently be submittedto a meeting ofOBEC executives and the highestauthorities for approval. The process is expected to take no more than 3-6 months before the plan is implemented.
