Director of Education Department Clashes with Teacher at Subdistrict Child Development Center, Police Report Filed

The Director of the Education Department opened a heated confrontation with a teacher at a Subdistrict Administrative Organization's Child Development Center while children were taking their afternoon nap. The teacher has initially filed a police report.


According to the case reported by a fan page,"Kamphaeng Phet Complaints: Say it here,"posted a video of a fight at a child development center under a Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Kamphaeng Phet province. At the time, kindergarten children were sleeping during their nap. The incident was between the Director of the Education Department and a teacher at the center.

The post also stated: "Scandal in Kamphaeng Phet local education sector — the Director of the Education Department of a Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Kamphaeng Phet got into a fight with a teacher at the center in front of children who were sleeping. The teacher was grabbed by the hair, pushed down, choked, and had their chest squeezed. The teacher has since filed a complaint and undergone a medical examination at the hospital."

The incident occurred on 27 March 2026 at approximately 1:30 p.m. While a teacher at the child development center was supervising the children's nap time, the Director of the Education Department approached, verbally reprimanded, and physically assaulted two teachers in the classroom. The teachers sustained injuries and have brought the matter to the fan page seeking justice and informing higher authorities of the event.

Recently, a reporter has confirmed that the incident happened at the Ang Thong Subdistrict Administrative Organization's Child Development Center in Mueang district, Kamphaeng Phet. Mr. Chokchai Thom-in, the chief of Ang Thong SAO, stated that a committee is being formed to investigate. The root cause is ongoing conflicts in workplace cooperation. The two teachers have filed formal police complaints.
