On 31 Mar 2026 GMT+7, reporters stated that Mom Luang Peektong Thongyai, Chief Executive Officer of PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR), alongside Mr. Suchart Ramas, Director General of PTT Oil and Retail Business, and Mr. Piman Poolsri, Deputy CEO of Retail Business at PTT Oil and Retail Business, announced the official launch of the Self Serve fueling service at PTT Station. This initiative aims to elevate fuel service standards in the digital age, focusing on delivering value through the Easy & Smart concept, enabling consumers to fully control all service steps themselves while accommodating consumer preferences for speed and value.
Mom Luang Peektong said that PTT Station is committed to innovating services to enhance the fueling experience in line with the digital lifestyle. The Self Serve service is designed to improve station space management and reduce queue times, especially during peak hours or busy periods. This service not only provides convenience but also greater value with an immediate discount of 0.40 baht per liter on all fuel types, including alternative energy like E20. This reflects OR's role as a leader in accessible and modern energy solutions.
The Self Serve service at PTT Station features three key characteristics: 1. Maximum cost efficiency, offering a special discount of 0.40 baht per liter on all fuel types without a minimum purchase limit; 2. Convenience and speed, with a simple process designed through the blueplus+ application, allowing users to fuel and continue their journey immediately; and 3. Intelligent innovation, integrating secure digital payment systems via credit and debit cards on a highly secure platform, along with automatic blueplus+ point accumulation based on the actual spending after discounts.
Mom Luang Peektong added that OR has already launched the Self Serve service and plans to expand it to cover over 50 stations by March 2026.
