CCTV Captures Moment of Pickup Truck Head-On Collision at Sam Yaek Temple Intersection, Leaving 3 Injured

Surveillance footage captures the moment two pickup trucks collide head-on two pickup trucks at the Sam Yaek Temple intersection on Saen Phu Das-Nong Chok Road, resulting in three people injured.


At 10:24 GMT+7 on 4 April 2026, reporters reported that at the Sam Yaek Temple intersection on Saen Phu Das-Nong Chok Road, where it crosses Bang Khuai-Wat Sam Yaek Road, Village No. 4, Nong Chok Subdistrict, Bang Pakong District, Chachoengsao Province, CCTV recorded a bronze-gold pickup truck with Bangkok license plate 2 ฒค 970, driven by Mr. Kanchit, 54, accompanied by passenger Ms. Nakorn, 45, heading toward Nong Chok Subdistrict Administrative Organization.

At that moment, a gray pickup truck with Buriram license plate บห 9826, driven by Mr. Somrak, 30, followed behind the first truck exiting the intersection heading toward Bang Khuai. The two vehicles then collided head-on with full force, causing injuries.

Rescue teams from Chachoengsao and the emergency medical service of Tha Sa-an Municipality promptly provided first aid to the three injured before transporting them to Chularat 11 Hospital. Police will continue to investigate both parties involved.
