
A tragic incident occurred when an unidentified woman fell to her death from the BTS Forest Department Station. No identification documents were found on her. Police from Bang Khen Station are urgently seeking her relatives.
At 14:50 on 11 April 2016, Lieutenant Thossaporn Rungjaeng, deputy investigator at Bang Khen Police Station, received a report of a woman falling from the BTS Forest Department Station on Phahonyothin Road, Anusawari subdistrict, Bang Khen district, Bangkok. He went to investigate the scene along with Police Lieutenant Colonel Kanin Kamkoon, deputy superintendent of operations at Bang Khen Police Station, and volunteers from the Poh Teck Tung Foundation.
The scene was on the inbound side in the far right lane, where the body of an unidentified Thai woman, approximately 25-30 years old, was found lying on her back in a pool of blood. She wore a gray short-sleeve T-shirt and brown three-quarter pants. Her head was fractured and her arm was deformed. No identification documents were found on her, except for a keychain labeled "Military Immigration Residence" and a pair of eyeglasses, which were collected as evidence.
During questioning, 29-year-old Thanakorn, the driver who witnessed the incident, said he was driving on the inbound side of Phahonyothin Road in the far right lane when he saw the woman fall from the BTS station onto the lane where he was driving. Fortunately, he managed to brake in time. His car's dashcam recorded the event. Bang Khen police investigators are now working to locate her relatives for further questioning to determine the cause of this incident.
