The meeting acknowledged the 2025 operational results and resolved to pay dividends at a rate of 0.088 baht per share, totaling no more than 715 million baht. The dividend will be paid to shareholders listed as of the record date on 8 May 2026, with payment scheduled for 22 May 2026.
