On 25 April 2026, Pol. Col. Sirichai Srichai Panya, Superintendent of Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima Police Station, revealed that a complaint has been filed in this case. Initially, the Pho Klang Subdistrict Mayor reported a municipal registration official for prosecution but has not yet handed over the list of all 27 individuals involved in the phantom birth certificate case or other key documents to investigators.
Next week, investigators plan to summon all involved parties for questioning, especially the complainant and officials linked to the case, to gather evidence. The case will then be forwarded to relevant agencies, such as the Office of the Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) or the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC), to proceed with legal measures.
