Residents are alarmed as young people gather to use drugs and film OnlyFans clips on the pedestrian overpass along the Udon Ratthaya Expressway. Numerous pieces of evidence were found, with warnings issued about the illegality of these acts.
At 1:00 p.m. on 28 April 2025, Mr. Chukiart Phochan, village headman of Village 4, Chiang Rak Yai Subdistrict, Sam Khok District, Pathum Thani Province, was informed by locals that a group was using the pedestrian overpass on the Udon Ratthaya Expressway as a site for gathering and filming obscene videos for sale in a private online group (OnlyFans). Reporters then visited the site together with community leaders to investigate.
The inspection uncovered a large amount of evidence, including used condoms, underwear, condom wrappers, lubricants, wet tissues, and an eggplant covered with a condom left on the walkway. Mr. Chukiart revealed that he was alerted by residents who observed these activities within the private group, prompting coordination with Mr. Chaiwat Panyarachun, assistant village headman, to inspect the site and confirm the evidence. It is believed these items were used by offenders during the previous night, as Mr. Chukiart patrols the area daily and had never seen such items before.
Mr. Chaiwat Panyarachun, assistant village headman, added that this location has been nicknamed by criminals as "Sky Homestay." Besides being a place for sexual gatherings, signs of cable burning and stripping to extract copper for sale were also found.
Community leaders have contacted officers from Sam Khok Police Station and the Expressway Authority of Thailand to find prevention measures. Since the overpass’s signage obstructs visibility, making it a blind spot, they warn those engaging in such behavior to cease immediately because it is a public place and risks legal prosecution.
