In the case of a Facebook user "Jane Jiraporn" posted a CCTV clip along with the message "Normally, there are always children playing in front of the house. Luckily, the rocket fell nearby #RocketFell" The clip showed the rocket striking the ground forcefully right in front of the house, producing a loud explosion. Fortunately, no injuries or property damage occurred. The incident took place in front of a house at Ban Kham Nang Tum, Bung Loet Subdistrict, Moei Wadi District, Roi Et Province, about 4-5 kilometers from the rocket launch base.
Interviewing Ms. Jiraporn Suwanvisut, 30, the poster and homeowner, she said that before the incident, while she was traveling out of province, her mother informed her that a rocket had fallen in front of the house. She then reviewed the CCTV footage and saw a large rocket (Bang Fai Saen) fall near the house. Fortunately, at that time, her grandmother, mother, and three young children were still inside. Normally, after school, her daughter and the children play in that area. She said this incident serves as a warning and she wants to urge the organizers of the rocket event in Moei Wadi District, Roi Et Province, to be more cautious when launching the rockets, especially by designating safe drop zones away from residential areas to prevent harm to people and property nearby. Although this event caused no damage, it greatly frightened the residents.
