Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) has opened contact channels for people concerned that relatives or close persons may have been injured or killed in the train-bus collision incident.


On 16 May 2026, the Facebook pageof Bangkok Metropolitan Administrationposted a message stating, "We announce contact channels for people worried that relatives or close persons have been injured or killed in the collision involving a container train and a public bus (route 206) as well as multiple cars near the Airport Rail Link Makkasan station.
